(As for the worst thing West has done, that's a tough one...though kudos to the one time she burned through two dozen Daughters' brains when West tried to render herself down to a mind-jacking entity that exists solely on the conceptual level, free from a physical form entirely. It was after that particular failure that she developed the Proxy program.)
