Ruby rushes to hide behind you. “All I wanted was to fill wall cracks with mortar! Why does everything I do lead to disaster?!”
"PRIESTS!!! We have a possessed digger on the loose!" the guard leader yells his lungs out, assumming a combat stance along with the other guards! "Do not get near him if you can help it! We don't know what he's capable of in this state! Keep him surrounded until a priest arrives!"
"Hawkodesh…” you whisper, “Can you explain what's going on and if I can do anything about it?"
"Kholgarsh's hatred reached such levels that a demon took over him!" the angel explains in a hurry.
"What?! Even with that Holy Grounds spell protecting this fortress?!"
"It only destroys demons in their physical forms, not when they have taken over a mortal's body by proxy... Hyenus! It's time for me to teach you a thing or two about exorcizing! I wanted to do it with more time, but the lesson will take place earlier than planned!"
