Okay, sorry for the delay again. Things came up, but we are back!
>>5538837https://youtu.be/1lxJCx9CxoUYou stare them down. “So. I take it that’s the context behind the Promised Day?”
“To a degree, yes.” Towa confirms. “The promise of the Demon Realm’s revival, guided by the Makaioshin.”
“ARE YOU INSANE?!” Beelzebub exclaims, shocked, angry, and… honestly frightened by the proposition. “Have you… have you been working for him all along?”
That gets a laugh out of Towa. “Hah! No, no. If he were roaming around currently, we wouldn’t even be having this conversation.”
“For the mortals in the audience, what are you talking about? The hell is a ‘Makaioshin’ and why are you seeking him out?” Keli questions.
Beelzebub is the one to explain. “Just as your realm is watched over by the Kais, so too is the Demon Realm. They operate through primarily non-interference, focused on funneling the negative energy of the universal layers above towards the realm below. But the Makaioshin, the Dark King especially, is something beyond them. The Majins, the Demon Gods, were supposed to be kept in check by them, but… let’s just say ambition got the better of the Dark King. He’s sealed away. Has been long before my time.”
“And who better to bring it out of stagnation?” Towa questions with a smirk on her face. “Of course I don’t expect this to be immediate. Rousing the Makaioshin will take time.”
“You are insane.” Beelzebub breathes out in disbelief. “Father you can’t really think this is okay, right?”
“I am aware of the risks involved in going through with this. But, thanks to your mortal friends, my sister assures me that we now have the means to keep in check even the Makaioshin.” Dabura looks over at Mira, gaze still sharp and cold, and then at Majin Ozotto, who gives a devious chuckle.
