Some possible grimdark endings (hehe)
- the tower is literally 9/11 or the ending of fight club. Explosions!
- the tower is a wizard prison, if you manifest such power against all the trials and ordeals and manage to reach the top it is intended to imprison you there forever to prevent your power from escaping or being unleashed
- could literally just have a dragon drop in and carry the orb away to another castle. Then end the quest no response lol
Maybe there is some other dramatic ending or revelation warranted...? Maybe anons can imagine others???
I do want to commend the QM drawings though, they are really funny
