It's not long after that the Gaelans finally join you atop the hill in the broken encampment. Nervous as they had been at first, when they see what you accomplished their spirits take a turn for the better. Steadily increasing morale and energy, as they cheer and take to cleaning up what's left of the scene of battle, catching any stragglers or putting down the wounded. Even the village leader seems to have changed his opinion and now in the midst of victory takes command of the situation.
<span class="mu-b">"I was just uh... hungry, you know..."</span>
<span class="mu-s">"...what happened?! That was amazing, more than anything we've ever seen!"</span>
Cailinn quickly finds her way to your side to communicate, sharing in the awe the others have of you now, and the elation of apparent combat victory. If anyone doubted you or their fortunes before, you've sure convinced them of their error now as many of the Gaelans gather around you to celebrate. Cheering your name, offering pillaged spoils, and praying in thanks.
Though, taking account of the situation, you wonder if things are over just yet. Watching, as the retreating cavalry ride off with a rabble of infantry fearfully following.
>This isn't finished, pursue the Namadans wherever they are off to. You desire total victory, and you have a short window of opportunity now to attack them after being weakened.
>Though you do intend to take the fight to the enemy, you'd want to regroup and gather more strength. Surely after this effort, more Gaelans will be willing to join your little war sortie now?
>That's enough for today, after all that happened you can use a rest. Let the Gaelans enjoy the victory here, and withdraw.
>Some celebratory ritual should be in order, if you can think of one that would be suitable?
