Bamboo. Bamboo stretching seemingly for miles, or so it might look. You didn't know, getting a grasp on the sheer size of the bamboo forest that was your current locale wasn't something that could be accomplished immediately.
Rather right now, the bigger concern was getting a grip of this situation. A huge bamboo forest, and it didn't look like there were even many paths of wooden boards to take. It was just wilderness alone, the blowing wind, the clattering of stalks and the onset of confusion and settling dread at many possible scenarios from here on, such as getting attacked by a wild animal, going hungry, or never getting yourself free of this place...
