Its lack of vegetation and wide open nature creates a long sight line in the front, the back is where it is terribly vulnerable, a narrow space that can only be seen by few people. They can lock pick the backdoor and enter through there.
The shutter themselves are another weak spot. While the thick wood offers ample protection against light or insects, it can be manipulated easier than most others ー a hook, or a hand, could pry it open reasonably easily from the outside. Sira can just fade above the shutters and pry them open with his hands or feet.
