The she sees this stag that looks all heraldry chivalric noble lineage looking etc. and then hears gunshots from distant hunters, so Helen Mirren tries to shoo it away. It is not in this youtube scene but I remember later when she returns to the Balmoral royal estate grounds ie the manor itself I think the stag is hung up on hooks in the background, implying the hunters did actually shoot it down in the end. I assume this Stag represented Jeffrey Epstein or something, it is a very poignant and emotionally moving scene
