The spores are the biggest issue here. You can't use 95% of the weapons you have on hand since one bad spark could turn everyone here into human kebabs but you know one thing for certain.
You NEED to burn this thing to the ground. You do NOT want this thing breaking out of here now if this thing really does want to 'hollow' people out. It probably has a yearning for fresh human hosts after being left here for so long.
If nothing else, you're pretty sure you have to kill it to fully snap Seath out of whatever trance he's in.
"Max. Still have them?"
Max tilts her head. She's not sure what you're asking for at first but it clicks in her head soon enough. She nods.
"Good. Use them. NOW."
"I have to ask you to leave." Seath growls at the group, tapping his foot impatiently. "Do tell Otto I appreciate him worrying enough to check up on me. It was either him or those four...people." He stops tapping his foot. "At least I think they were people. Can't remember their faces or what they were wearing, even."
"Only that they follow me."
Ah ha! An opening! While he's too busy rambling, Max throws her two GAS NEUTRALIZING GREANDES on the ground while you crack open the UNIVERSAL PURGING AGENT capsule. You quickly close said capsule after you spray some of its contents onto the ground.
The room is quickly flooded with stark white gas that, to your shock, isn't JUST erasing the spores in the air. The suppressing haze of DARKNESS is also being 'erased' by it which has the unintended side effect of bringing lighting back to the containment cell.
A dingy ceiling lightbulb you didn't see through the haze of darkness + spores flickers back onto life. You can now see a clear look at Seath and his Mold Bodyguards and you wish you didn't! Max nearly throws up in her own gas mask and the others aren't taking it much better as well.
He does match the Handler's physical description: Tanned skin, brown hair/eyes, and a bulky frame. Confirming he really is Seath is the only good thing about being able to see what he actually looks like.
His left eye has been obliterated and the mold-filled eye cavity is on the verge of caving in completely. A steady stream of ocular fluid and pus dribbles down the left side of his face and onto the ground below. Massive splotches of white, fuzzy mold is rotting away at various spots on his arms and torso as well.
His right hand and arm is on the verge of sloshing right off of his body because you're 99% sure the only thing left of his right arm is bone. Two fingers on his left hand have rotted off completely and the stumps are leaking a mix of blood and pus as well.
It's a miracle he's not in shock at this point! You have to assume his FLESH stat must be through the roof if he's not complete mush at this point! His three bodyguards on the other hand...
They're loosely cobbled together humanoid piles of red and grey moss. Their arms are made out of thick, fibrous vines that are coated in a thick layer of razor sharp thorns.
