“Let’s do it quietly.” You know it’s time to get sneaky! With newly acquired skills for stealth, it’s not going to be an issue. “C’mon, backpack time.” You do the signal.
“Uhm, I can walk, Johnny. I don’t recall you carrying me the whole time.” This Wilma doesn’t know how to tell you this, but the backpack thing wasn’t this blatant.
“Well, if you’re confident in being sneaky…” You know that, but this is a special mission.
“...I-I’ll take the lift.” Wilma hops on your back once again.
You take the Pudding-head lady to the kitchen. You’d thought it would be a miracle if the dojo had the ingredients, but the entire kitchen is well stocked. You could’ve prepared anything you wanted! Hmm, you find little notes all over the place about improving a burger recipe. You’ll ignore that…
Who knows what time it is, but that doesn’t matter, delicious pudding was cooked to make a cute lady happy! That’s always worth it in your book! Even if fulfilling someone’s petty whims in the middle of the night is just a telltale sign that you have no control over your life… Anyway, you said it was worth it and you’ll stick to that, with the special additive that being your cooking assistant helped Wilma ease her nerves around you! The grown-up tomato can stay near with no glaring issues! With the Chocolate Pudding done, you two went back undetected to the previous room.
“…!!!” Wilma stuffs her face cheeks with sugary goodness! Your narration sells it like she’s pigging out, but in truth, she acts far more refined than in her younger days — and she was well-mannered back then. Her exaggerated simper makes you chuckle. “...Aren’t you going to give it a taste?”
“Sorry, I’m full from breakfast.” You remind her that you ate before coming back. You can’t eat sweets while stuffed, you ain’t Nina! “I made it all for you anyway.”
“But it’s so much…” Wilma can’t quite believe you. What is she talking about? This is the amount you always serve to everyone!
“If it is, you can save some for later!” You aren’t here to argue.
Wilma leaves a part for you. “YOU can save it too.” She hands it over, no questions asked.
“I’m going to sleep soon though. Can you put it in the fridge?” You don’t know what to do with it...
“With Oliver around, I don’t think it’s a good idea. That man had no qualms about tricking poor San Wich. He won’t have any qualms for you either.” Wilma is the kind of gal who forgives but doesn’t forget…
“I’ll take my chances…” You don’t have other options.
