[11:00 hours] - We've decided to speak with the locals of the Warrens on the issue.
The Warrens has a relatively low population according to Reich census. The rest of the nation considers them to be "rednecks" who live out in this somewhat undeveloped land. There are few villages, a lot of civilization seems to be RV and trailer parks, and cabin grounds with shanties in the woods. A lot of our questionnaire took place in Ilzivitz, the closest village to the Fu Dog Refugee Community. The "rednecks" there were able to provide some insight, as they regularly come into contact with the Fu Dogs, and some even live there outside the community.
Apparently, the Fu Dogs are attempting to undertake this ritual out of a desire to create their own custom made god, as their kind, in all their history, have never had one before. They want a protector that will look over them, and possibly restore them to their former states prior to the historical contact with the Great World Kingdom.
As for why the use of empathic emotion is the key to the ritual, one Fu Dog in Ilzivitz was able to tell us that the community is instructed to pool anger into the ritual to both rid themselves of the anger and because their anger is "very specific". They describe it is the "anger over unfairness" their kind has always faced. In other words, from a more spiritual perspective, the Fu Dogs are looking to turn their misery into a miracle.
Strangely enough, we discovered that there are people in the Warrens who are openly HEUSite. Primarily anarchists, who retain their full fingers. In this region, some people apparently view HEUS not as the Dark Lord, but an anthropomorphized savior figure. A very closely "human" god for the human race. This is of... much concern, but not the primary focus of today. We will be leaving this for later, however...
We need to find out more, or work out a solution...
We don't have much available on Yongesian Kami. But we can estimate that a ritual fueled by pure anger is bound to lead nowhere good. Our deductions conclude that the amassed negative emotions will certainly act as a catalyst for Afterseas influence or possibly incursion.
