Liza and Bella approach you, and the three of you move forward in formation. You can feel the fiber optic cable unraveling in your hands and establishing an emergency escape, but it's darkened and intangible, unless you specifically tag its frequency using your goggles. You recall what Doc said about disguising it from wild Digimon. You don't see any, but you have a feeling that the light emitted by your collective models will draw them in soon enough.
"This is awful!" Liza cries, as Elecmon swims through the air beside her. "It's nothing like practice!"

You all flinch as you hear a high-pitched shriek. It's followed by a loud neigh, and then multiple small explosions ring out. You look around urgently for the brawling Digimon, but don't find them in the sea of info. You just hope that they're not close enough to spot you.

As the group moves past a solid platform, you spot two Hagurumon leisurely circling one another. One notices you and begins rotating swiftly, but the other reaches out a gear-like hand to stop it. Very wisely, they don't attempt to challenge your party while being sorely outnumbered. The creature that DOES is substantially stronger.
Several minutes into your travel, you hear the clopping of hooves. It's an odd sound, since there's no surface for it to contact, but it's clear that it's coming after you. You can barely make out its black and white form against the backdrop, especially with so many white rings and stray datastreams disrupting its silhouette, but Otamamon boy spots it and calls out to Wind.
"Incoming!"
