>>5588915>"Please, Mr. Donuts is my father. Call me Joey."Karl moves the stick to the other side of his mouth.
<span class="mu-s">"I'll see what I can do, Joe."</span>
>"Here's everything I learned today about factotums..."You talk about what you learned. their training, their presence their role in the GTU and even out in the Mahala. You talk about the knowledge they keep and their justification for doing so.
Highball thinks
<span class="mu-g">"So is Gary a factotum?"</span>
Burstock adds grenadine to her drink
<span class="mu-i">"No, but he was likely trained by one in his old job. He can take apart, clean and maybe replace parts on a few set devices. There's a few people like that, too."</span>
Karl perks up
<span class="mu-s">"Wait, so is Dowler a factotum?"</span>
Jorn stops shoot dancing
<span class="mu-b">"Nah, he's a shipwright. He probably went to a Hustleberry's - same as Doctor Ash. Won't get you a piece of paper but it gives you a bunch of good training. I bet he could fix just about anything that went wrong with a ship -sea or sky. But that tech hasn't changed much in a good century and a bit. When it comes to older tech, there's quite a lot of folks out there that know a thing or five."</span>
Richter seeks clarification
<span class="mu-r">"But Gomersal IS a factotum?"</span>
Jorn nods
<span class="mu-b">"Fully papered. But he's been out of the game for a decade at least."</span>
<span class="mu-r">"And Zenji..?"</span>
Burstock finished mixing her Sex on The Beach
<span class="mu-i">"Has only done one year of her factotum training. No qualifications or tools, but with much fresher knowledge."</span>
Everyone seems to nod at once. That's cleared up.
>"After we go to Scadam, I was thinking about going to The Craggs. Thoughts?"Karl raises his hand then lowers it.
<span class="mu-s">"Nevermind, doesn't really involve me, huh?"</span>
Mike turns to you
<span class="mu-i">"You planning on doing some grinding there,Joonda? Because, well it could be good for that. And you're gonna want mages with you, so it wont effect Nep, Nagakura and myself from training."</span>
Highball smiles, if a little nervous
<span class="mu-g">"Yeah blades and arrows aren't gonna do too much against draugr. On the skeletons maybe but..yeah. If you're looking to grind xp, you could do worse. Just be careful, Joey."</span>
Burstock gives Highball a small pat, she chirps happily.
<span class="mu-i">"Don't sweat it. No matter this loadout he'll be back in one piece. No wrong answers."</span>
Richter and Jorn nod in agreement.
