“I won't lie, I'd already considered that bastard had put something on the ship beforehand. Knowing about the nanomachines now, I'm glad I handled it the way I did.” he says, as with a grunt he pushes himself up to his feet. Leaving his table behind and going over to a strange crystal globe the size of his own head. One that doesn't have a smooth surface, it looking jagged and uneven. Causing you to realize is probably a replica of his own world, but why would he have a tiny model of it? But as he approaches it he stops, then speaking up calls out to someone. But it isn't his wife or kids, a name you've not heard before. “Rena, would you mind giving me a hand?”
As he calls the name, you consider asking who he's calling for. Only for the floor itselt to start moving. Crystals rise up, forming a humanoid shape before shattering. Revealing a familiar face from within. Recognizing the planet's avatar in the body he'd made for it in the image of his wife from Meloka Wolbach's last birthday, it looking at him and not you.
“What is it, my champion?” the avatar asks, Chilli gesturing to the globe.
“Mind helping me with this? I need to show my father something.” he asks, the avatar nodding. Your son is then enveloped in the same sort of energy as the avatar, leveling his hand at the globe. Causing not only it to rise out of its container, but suddenly dozens of smaller crystals in the apparatus holding it to also rise up, the sphere starting to turn. Several of the crystals turn as well, some moving faster and some slower. “Perfect. Which one is that Blargian ship?”
“This one, my Champion.” the avatar responds, pointing the smallest crystal out. It is moving in a near geosynchronous orbit, directly above a glowing spot on the globe.
“What is that glow?” you ask, realizing that it is glowing so bright because nearly a dozen gently glowing lines running around the sphere intersect there.
“That's the leyline my home is built upon.” he says, a note of pride in his voice. “And this is the ship. I was worried about bringing that ship down here to my home, not knowing what trap that bastard may have left for us, but also if it were destroyed we could lose valuable intel as well. So, I encased it entirely in crystals that cut all signals off and set it into geosynchronous orbit over my home. But now, knowing what it could contain, I don't know if it's worth keeping.”
“May as well, at least for now. If it can't send or receive any signals, and your crystals have encased it completely, then it probably can't cause any harm.” you say to him. “But do you think you can stop someone as powerful as Leyas or Sarada? Or even Bardock?”
