For me, I most commonly like to listen to post rock or prog rock because it is easy to "listen to" in the background. Though sometimes the chillstep/jazz/ambient is the best so it isn't too distracting. I've listened to this album like 5 times because it's really easy to zone out to. Plus you can check the video length progress to see how long your autistic quest update took to write.
