>Not quite sleepy yet. Let's go out for a walk and enjoy the air outside the Shrine for a little while. Never know what you might find. (4 votes)
You stood up and headed for the shoji doors that would lead you out of the Shrine's main building proper.
Reisen, who was staying in the guest room with you, all suited up a night gown turned her head towards you curiously; <span class="mu-i">"Where are you g-going...?"</span>
"Don't worry, I'm not leaving, I just wanted to take a little walk and view the Shrine. One last look at Gensokyo before tomorrow. I'll be back in soon."
<span class="mu-i">"Alright, don't take too long now. We still have to catch some sleep before tomorrow."</span> The Rabbit nodded before she put a hand to her mouth and yawned.
You quietly slipped out of the Shrine and found yourself standing on the side of the wraparound porch that hugged the building from each corner. You breathed out to relax your nerves as you stepped up to the front. This Shrine was a nice place, you had to admit, for old and creaky some of the wooden boards below sounded.
You examined a box you found out in the front with some nosiness. Really, it looked more like a chest. It had many openings in the top through the rounded little poles along the lid. You really wondered what it was, and then it hit you. It was a tithing or collection box, wasn't it? Back when you were a little kid growing up, your parents always took you to attend the sermons on Sunday morning. They used to let you be the one to hand out money on the tithing plates carried by the deacons. Religious centers did this, everywhere it seemed.
Well, you guess for goodwill alone, you'd donate something to Reimu's Shrine.
