Here, the trees begin to take on the almost-white of birch, when you stumble across the most quiet part of the forest of all. Here, a great field of bones is strewn about this part of the forest in stillness. You can see from the shapes below these are the bones of elves- the graves of immortal creatures.
"Careful, these ones were not buried." One human party member starts up, but one of the elves shoots him down. For humans; restless spirits tend to start by the dead not being buried- but elves have no such issue. For elves, being left in the forest and returned to nature would be a proper burial. Grimbold finds this concerning- not a tomb, not even a humble stone sarcophagus?
While the threat of spirits and ghosts seems less now- the party still moves carefully. Then, something is found near the center of this great collection of dead. There is a small <span class="mu-s">instrument</span> made of bone, capped and banded with silver. The morbid instrument is instantly claimed by Benjamin.
Benjamin Bones now possesses the <span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-i">Ossic Harp</span></span>. During any combat, haunting, skill, obstacle, hazard or any other type of roll challenge- Benjamin can play music on the harp. Playing music <span class="mu-i">counts</span> as his action, but he can choose to stop playing at any point freely.
Whenever Benjamin plays the harp- he can choose from two songs. The songs have their effects even if the characters who act afterwards want them or not.
The <span class="mu-s">Uplifting</span> Song increases the roll of every character who goes after it by +3
The <span class="mu-s">Sorrowful</span> Song decreases the roll of every character who goes after it by -3
