Nuclear... weapons? Do they actually have nuclear weapon technology? According to Hegemonic doctrine- any species with nuclear weapons has crossed an invisible threshold. They can no longer be considered an intelligent animal species- but a rival empire. That is not good. <span class="mu-i">Under no circumstances can a rival or state be allowed to nuke a Jaxtian ship, planet, or holding</span>. The consequences from such a thing happening would be extremely severe.
