You just sigh, “Look I’ll note it down, but there’s no way in hell we’re going to be able to get this thing out of here in time, firstly because I think the damn thing exceeds the maximum tow weight of even the three trucks we found together, and secondly because of all the shit still on top of it.”
He nods again, “Alright I’ll take it, but we’re coming back for this right?”
You turn around and begin walking back towards the trucks, in the distance you hear a slightly panicked, “RIGHT?!”
you chuckle quietly to yourself, you would, assuming he could convince the rest of the cell to invest in it.
However before you can manage to get back to the trucks Andrew comes running around the corner as a massive Sentry Bot rounds it behind him. This one looked different, it’s armor thicker, and more robust, it’s weapons unfamiliar, it also seemed more agile. You load up a pulse grenade and shoot it, landing the shot and it does nothing.
