Hi, qtg. You may know me as the worldbuilder anon for bbeg quest. I have finished the legend of the floral dwarves and now moving on to working on other countries. The text itself turned out to be 14k+ symbols so I won't be posting it in the thread to not clutter it, but here's a catbox link to txt in case anyone wants to read it:
https://files.catbox.moe/lv6l7q.txt In short, it ended up as follows:
The Flower King decided to take all plants except grass from the earth and the 23 protagonist dwarves decided to slay him and return the plants.
They passed through the Swamp of True Thoughts, where true feelings are bared and vocalized. They killed the witch that could only hurt others if she knew their true names. The dwarves passed through the Arena of Giants, a desert where giants are doomed to fight for eternity, and freed them later on. They visited the birdman that could unlock locks with his song, and defeated him in a Binding of Fenrir-like situation. The dwarves also defeated the master who specializes in crafting armour with imprisoned souls inside. Finally, they helped a volcanic spirit and fallen star.
In the end, with great equipment obtained from their travels and giants on their side, they defeated the Flower King and reclaimed the plants for the lands.
I procrastinated a lot during the creation of this work over the past couple of months, engaging in other pursuits such as collective anime watching, games, picking up drawing again, etc. but now I am finally done and perhaps September will be THE MONTH when the quest launches. Stay tuned for more worldbuilding.
Also regarding the banlieue discussion last thread which I unfortunately forgot to reply to: I've talked to my mom about dangerous areas in various cities of the world a couple months ago and she said a surprising fact that Moscow, where I live, doesn't have these kinds of city districts where robberies, drug addiction, prostitution, assault etc. are common. There are certainly crimes, but there's no areas where they are in much greater concentration. I don't know whether this is true (I haven't been to all admin units of Moscow), but from my experience so far in life it holds true, I'm not really afraid to go anywhere in the city. I thought this was interesting but, alas, I am too late for that discussion.
>>5747329>>5747332>>5747333All of these ideas are interesting. I'm afraid you'll have to choose what to run yourself, anon. If I had to pick, hmm, maybe Guvnor Magi Quest?? I am not sure.
