“Nice try! But you'll never hit me like that!” Chaya replies, once more behind Kars. He immediately spins, firing a left handed back chop through where that image's neck is. But it also is a fake, more than a dozen afterimages appearing around Kars. “What's the matter, can't keep up?”
“Such a boorish trick.” Kars says, feigning a yawn before blurring to his left, driving his elbow forward between two of the images. Hitting your sister clean in the temple, knocking her back towards the center of the ring.
“Kyaaaaah!” she cries out, flipping in the air and landing on her feet, sliding another foot or so to a stop. “Heh, not bad. You're pretty good.”
“And you're holding back.” Kars replies, sounding a bit disappointed as he lowers his arms. “Until you show me your true power, from now on you won't be able to hit me.”
“Pretty big talk for someone who can't even keep up with me like this!” she replies, retaking her fighting stance. But after a moment stands back up to her full height, cracking her neck. “Buuut, if you're wanting me to stop holding back, I reckon I've been playing around long enough and can finally go for the win. Hey, Grand Zen-Oh! Do you mind if I win now?”
“Now? Oh yes, I would like to see you win.” Zen-Oh answers. “I also would like to see your 'true' power.”
“Well, I guess that's that.” Chaya says, sighing out and lowering her arms. “This was pretty fun, Kars, let's do it again sometime. But now I can't lose! SHHYAAAAAAAA!!”
Your sister's semi-divine aura blazes wildly around her, her strength soaring as she dives further and deeper into her divine might. This is it, she's going to go all-out. But, as she powers up, you wonder why Kars still looks so smug? What else does he have up his sleeves? And why are you getting a bad feeling about this?
