“Hey sis, what's going on?” your half-brother asks as he teleports to you and your father, lowering his hand from his forehead. Seems he's learned Instant Transmission, in addition to his magical teleportation.
“Y-You actually came?” you ask, surprised as his brows furrow.
“Of course, why wouldn't I? Dad told me everything: you want to come visit my world for a bit, right” he asks you.
“I-I mean, if it isn't too much trouble...” you say, voice trailing off. Nervously, you press the tips of your index fingers together, looking down. Afraid to see the same scorn, the same rejection in his eyes that Arti's had. But, it would seem that your fears were unfounded.
“It's no trouble at all. Do you want to grab anything before we go?” he asks, you looking up to meet his gaze. And his eyes are just like your father's, so warm and full of love that it makes you wonder how you could ever doubt him. So, overjoyed you run over to your father and throw yourself up at him first, wrapping your arms around his neck and hugging him. His giant, powerful arms hug you tight as you whisper in his ears.
“Thank you.” you say simply, letting go after a moment and reaching out to your mother. “Mother, I'm going to visit Chilli's world for a bit, to see the other wizards.”
“Of course, I'm surprised you stuck around here as long as you did. Go have fun, and study well from them.” she replies almost instantly as you turn back to your half-brother. “If you need anything, let me know, okay?”
“I will.” you reply to her, your mother then ending the link as you address your kin. “I'm ready.”
“Alright, let's go.” he says, but instead of using Instant Transmission to teleport the both of you back, instead he draws a crystal from within his robe. It radiates with surprising magic power, Chilli throwing it to the ground. Where it rapidly expands, forming a crystal gate. Through with the other world can be seen clearly, you seeing several witches and wizards going about their business. No one even paying the gate any mind, despite how high-level this magic is.
“Wow!” you say, excitedly walking over and looking his spellcraft over. The tiny crystal, no larger than a can had expanded into a gate tall enough for Father's transformed self to walk through, and wide enough for two of him to go through side-by-side.
“What do you think of my Crystal Gate?” he asks you, walking up to your side with a proud look on his face. “It took a lot of time, and plenty of trial and error. But now I can teleport back home from anywhere, even other dimensions.”
