Bill tosses the half-empty sand vial into the anomaly, without paying much attention. It crunches down it and starts spitting out a loud of nonsense.

You decide to use D-Class since c'mon, they're meat puppets, who cares? Zero drags out D-W23N and D-10V311 and hands them the dress to put on.
With some forceful motivation (and maybe pointing a gun at the back of his head), D-W23N puts on the dress. You quickly notice his physical appearance become a LOT more feminine than it already was.
You didn't exactly expect his skin to tan over, either. He looks...well, like a girl now. A boyish, tanned girl but a girl nevertheless. He quickly pries off off the dress and tosses it over at D-10V311, incredibly uncomfortable of what just happened.
D-10V311 gets the same "gun to back of head" treatment and forces herself to put the thing on. No outward physical change is noted aside from a sudden rush of "energy", given the fact her eyes shoot open and she tries charging at the Ranger for the gun.
Luckily, a quick whack to the noggin fixes that issue real quick. Well, you didn't expect that Male result, at least.
