+Fabricator General of Mezoa.+ The oldest man TalOS ever knew turned around on his heels and looked at R0SS directly, +I am the Fabricator General of Lucius and an old friend of your founder. Outlooks have surely changed but my memory has not. The era P1RE wanted so badly has come and we expand into the galaxy in the name of the Machine God.+
The image lifted a hand towards TalOS, +This is Arch Dominus TalOS, a man who in the future might even take my own position when I finally turn to dust. He carries my full authority as Fabricator General until I meet you personally. I look forward to meeting P1RE’s successor.+
With those words the Holovid blanked out and they were left with a silence for a few moments after that. The declaration was something that even TalOS did not expect to have heard and everyone was likely stunned at the simple fit the Fabricator General had.
It was, out of everyone, UZ1 allowed her Machine Spirits to click in a cycling of time. TalOS’s ears caught such the nearly inaudible sound and his mind clicked back to function.
+As the Fabricator General said I am acting as his proxy for our discussions.+ TalOS announced to everyone with a voice that carried authority in it, +I have noticed battle scars among your men and in whispers a race of Xenos. Lucius had fought a race of Xenos before, and I led the charge in their annihilation. Give me the information and we will see what we can do.+
The Fabricator General at the end gave a nod as she walked back to TalOS, +What we face is a group of creatures calling themselves the Mitu Conglomerate. Thirty years ago they came at us and attempted to destroy us in a rain of supernatural fire. We had fought them off and made the occasional interception but nothing more. Can Lucius do more?+
+We can. Since our expansion started two years ago we have nearly a billion Skitarii and nearly a hundred and fifty ships to our name. While most of these are Tartarus Class they will form a grand pickett line to be used against the enemy.+ TalOS declared as he tightened his fist.
The Fabricator General looked at TalOS for a moment and the Arch Dominus read her completely. For a while she had been hiding it but now the desperation was showing. TalOS could guess the only way Mezoa was surviving was thanks to hit and run and once the Mitu made proper landfall once again Mezoa was finished.
Thus the question was obvious, +Is there a price for your service?+
>Indeed, you must bend the knee to Lucius.

>You are a fellow Forge World, we will help one another.
>We will not engage in war until after we have studied our foe.
