The cruelty of Galghastdriel is hideous beyond imagining, for though possessed of tremendous power she choses instead to torment her foes in slow sloth. From her lair of thorns and barbs she gazes upon fate and sends nightmares to rouse Half-Men slaves and torment them to new exquisite atrocities. The Norn Queen is said to bestow gifts that take the form of phials of corroding darkness to her devoted followers, delighting in the torture of victims as a cruel child might pull the legs from a spider.
