"Get the meds to the old man. See if Kolinaisi needs anything picked up then we go like mad to Nuceria. When does the window close for that route?" You ask Tig who looks at the tired lookin Eliana who has stepped out from the special navigator chamber. Fortunately her third eye is closed, but there was a close call when it was open but she closed it before anyone but Tig noticed.
"Ugh. Four five hours tops." Eliana says groggily putting a headband over her forehead, probably as a precaution.
"What about supplies?" Max, as he has been given the nickname due to Maximus Gaius Agrippa being a freakin mouthful, asks.
" Old man is aware. He will have some for us. If not, I go to my ship." You say knowing that it would be a stupid fast trip to the ol hive. Tybro then looks at you and he has a good point.
"Or we can just use the emergency supplies on the nearby island. I am sure Kolinaisi would want to know our progress you say and Charon put's the ship down next to the now glowing sea next to the old man's island, which having seen it from underwater before, you know for fact is no island.
It's the biggest void ship you have ever seen that wasn't a colony or hive ship. The fact that Larger ocean predators used it for cover made it quite ominous to pass near. No wonder the fishing was always good here, there is a huge diversity of wildlife.
Tybro, Max, Tig and You step out, as Charon, Eliana and 'Cris' go hit the rack. The Old Man is waiting nearby.
"I hear y'all have something for me." He says, and he honestly looks like he has been through a lot and you hand over the meds as Tybro offloads the other materials.
"This'll work great!" The Old Man says lookin at the pills then scoffs and chuckles as he reads the directions.
"Tell Kolinaisi I don't need spectacles just yet." He says
"You tell him yourself when he gets here." You tell him.
"Yall supplied?" He asks.
"Kinda? We don't exactly know what we are in store for at Nuceria other than Rangda. Which means Sloughth and maybe- enslavers." You say cringing and shuddering. If you ever have to see one of those weird beasties again it will be too soon.
"A Rangda incursion? Kolinaisi knows?" Old man says and you nod.
"Well that makes this easy. Ya got armor?" The old man asks and you have the armor made on the ship
"Ya. new stuff Perturabo made." You say pointing to some of it and the Old man nods
"Got adriathics?" He asks
"I have my Adriathic sniper rifle. Our small team has a bunch of flamers and Tybro has-" You motion and he has the huge claws that have the chain saws on the inside, with flamers and you think adriathic bolters.
"Ok, That's good, but Adriathics have to recharge after some time so I hope you have spare weapons that can last a while." The Old Man says
