It is Emily Kaldwin's handgun from Dishonored 2. I think her power with the creepy shadow crawl arms (reminds me of The Darkness videogame) is arguably a bit cooler than Corvo's one, and her gun is newer and looks and sounds a bit better. The voice actress for her did a really good job in the game, there are moments when she says random stuff aside to herself (I think it triggers the first time when you pick up or interact with some game level items) that make her feel utterly compelling and driven on her vengeance mission lol, especially if you go for the high chaos ending.
