So it doesn't make sense to say that if people are joining the cult mechanicus en masse to call it Apostasy, unless you are referring perhaps to whatever local barbaric faiths they had before (given we did not allow the Imperial Truth much traction in the first place as conquest was carried out by Mechanicum forces).
We still likely permit it as an alternative I gather. There is no room for local barbarism in our Federation.
BTW QM, I take it there are two separate councils for matters of Governance and Matters of Faith in the Federation? For issues of government we have the "Federal Senate" or the "Federal Diet", and for issues of faith purely meant for priests we have the "Lucian Synod"?
