"What's this about a police station, Katie?"
"Nothin', Pa!" Katie looks up at Terrabull and whispers "Forget I said anything, Terrabull!"
Terrabull looks down at Katie and says "TURR-BULL!"
Even if Terrabull can't help, it might be easier to rescue Psykid if you had other mons to help!
You glance at the forest and when you look back at Katie she's looking at you. "What's wrong, Mashi?"
"I need a mon!"
"A mon? You mean you wanna go out and capture one?" Katie looks at Terrabull and says "But I'm supposed to be here to watch Terrabull." It seems like Katie won't be able to help you, even though she wants to!
You smile at Katie.
"That's alright!"
Well, if you're going to try to find a wild mon, you had better get started right away! You walk away from the rodeo and then you walk out of town toward the hills and-
"Hey, Mashi!"
What? Katie is running after you? Katie catches up to you and says "Here, thought you could use this." Katie hands you <span class="mu-r">some rope</span>. "Well, big-city mon trainer? What do we do now?" It seems like Katie is going to help you after all! You hug Katie and then you point at the forest.
"Look for mons!"
You and Katie keep walking up into the hills. When you get to the edge of the forest Katie points and whispers "Hey, what's that?" You look where Katie is pointing and see a Dinglow standing at the edge of the trees! Dinglow looks up and sees you!

Dinglow trots into the forest and disappears! Katie shrugs and grins. "Lots of mons around here, right?"
You and Katie walk into the forest and after a while you walk out into a clearing and see a Jackdash sitting up in the open! Jackdash turns his head and looks at you!

Jackdash kicks his back feet together and races away!
It seems like capturing mons is a lot harder than fighting them! You and Katie keep walking and after a while Katie says "Whaddya say we make camp here? Let's grab some firewood before it gets too dark to see." You and Katie pick up firewood and then Katie takes out her <span class="mu-r">campfire kit</span> and lights a campfire.
What? You're thinking about Joe's campfire kit?
You and Katie camp out under the stars and then you close your eyes for a moment.

When you open your eyes you see <span class="mu-r">another Cutémon</span> grinning down at you!
What? You think this Cutémon looks strange? You look at Katie sleeping next to the fire and then you look up at the strange Cutémon.
"Are you a Cutémon?"
"Yeah!"
You sit up and give the strange Cutémon a determined look!
"Are you challenging me?"
"Yeah!"
