The Wisdom Bank design shall be perfected for use in the Psyops' future operations. The design is that of a maneuverable flying machine. It's dimensions are 20x70 meters, with a weight of over three thousand metric tons. Entry and loading is via ramp on the back port. It features two powerful rotors used for enabling high speed evasion and movements which will aid the Psychic based propulsion. Current capacity for crew is a maximum of fifty hands. Each crewman is expect to be Psychic and join the gestalt that powers the functions. The Wisdom Bank features no onboard weaponry, but powerful diamond-carbon based alloy that reinforces it. The primary method of attack is using focusing lens around the body of the machine to project Psychic energy to attack with in various forms. The most notable feature of the Wisdom Bank is that it possesses various "bits" or "funnels" that orbit and hover around the machine itself, capable of docking with it at various points. The bits are capable of acting as extensions to funnel the gestalt's Psychic energy through, to both attack and defend itself with.
The Wisdom Bank is extremely costly to us, but a powerful instrument indeed... We will not be able to make many. What we can make, we will need to savor and be efficient in our use of it with. We are currently working on the first of the series. We require an additional facility to store our vehicular and mechanical assets in. Perhaps we should page the Bunker Department and ask them to look into the matter.
