The entirety of the upper floor was being sucked into the portal of the afterlife. The walls were crumbling, furniture came flying into it, even the rest of Vlad's belongings were absorbed into the pile. Merlina could not disntinguish friend from foe when she was already dead and had no control over her magic.

He had no way of running, as his busted kneecapss were already at the risk of making him unable to stand up ever again. With the twin disciple jumping in the room to save his father figure, all he did was bump into him and rip the drapes holding his body in this realm, as Mozgus went straight into the Abyss with him.

"Time will hear the sacrificed's voices, but for now, they shall remain undisclosed to the outside realm." The Skull Knight attempts to close the portal created by Merlina's spell. Seeing as it held the same properties as his sword, closing that suction hole should only take a single swing.
