As you face the next day you decide that perhaps the largest dilemma is that of your dwindling supplies, after today you'll only have about 8 days of rations left. Your trip is going to take a lot more than 8 days, that is assured. So while you trek to the top canopy of the worldwide city you spend just a bit more time inspecting rooms just a little more thoroughly than you did yesterday.
An overturned cushion, a cabinet opened, a balcony searched. Patterns such as these become more common as you try to find anything of value in already ransacked rooms. It seems much of the valuables have already long been taken. The only interesting thing you seem to find is after breaking the fragile lock on a safe in some ancient penthouse you find brittle paper with Bio faces on them. Just worthless junk, though Cle0 adopts a slightly somber expression when you show it to her.
It’s frustrating when you get into the late afternoon with nothing to show for your progress other than a miffed expression. The only thing Cle0 found was a slight shortcut through an old artillery shell hole that led through a collapsed building that cut off maybe half an hour from your journey as you didn’t have to climb the fallen building to get back to the rooftops.
There’s not a hint of ammunition or rations anywhere much less any sign of sentient life. After all, Cle0 wrote off the Syntho insect as odd but probably just something to do with the kingdom below up.
As you walk through the final building in the kingdom's territory you feel your stomach grumbling right before your foot tears something from the ground. You look down with the expectation of finding a warn carpet but are pleasantly surprised to find the telltale green sight of moss. It’s not exactly the best meal, in any shape or form. It helps keep the hunger pains away for a while.
You down the green floor rations with some water before continuing on to the last structure in the kingdom’s territory according to Cle0. But as you’re about to step out of a glassless window Cle0 spies two Synthos with spears and top boxes chatting with each other. And with the blue tabards draped over them theirs no doubt these are kingdom guards. Beyond the bridge they guard lies the unexplored territories, and next to the boxes they sit on is an elevator that goes deeper into the kingdom.
In response to seeing these, presumably hostile guards you
>Have Cle0 walk out and try and convince them to leave, they should attack another Syntho on sight at least [Play as Cle0]
>You see them and they don’t see you, go on the offensive [Plan of attack?]
> Try and sneak around without ever confronting them [Stealth roll]
>Something else? [Write-in]
