Except when it's about dark eldar and bullshit mirrors that destroy you if you break 'em while they reflec your person. Or bullshit soul-transferring crowns that allow you to escape your dying-by-the-plage-that-turns-you-into-glass (what) and let's not forget the armor that captures psyker souls and then you can use psyker stuff without being a psyker...
