When the description of Magnus the Red was given to TalOS by numerous envoys or Priests, TalOS wondered if they were exaggerating the tone of his skin. All the rumors and tales of his brother were true, to the point that many were inaccurate because they did not go far enough to describe Magnus.
His brother’s skin was a Crimson Red that was inhuman. The only way a mortal man might have approached such a tone of skin that consumed his brother would be if their entire body was flustered with a birthmark. A Birthmark of that scale however would only come out to a deep pink at birth and become brown over time as the body was forever stained by that birth defect.
With those taking into account the facts of the matter were that he was by far a mutant.
Primarch were an odd species of creature where they were both man and not man within a divinely created vessel. Such was the reason someone like TalOS, whose classification is that of a mutant, was marked as a superior breed against other mutants. He could be easily mistaken as human up until his size became several times that of a man and his organs not matching previously known anatomical charts.
For Magnus, whose skin was the same as blood or Martian sand, did not have that luxury. For simple reasons like common sense one does not openly cheer for a mutant. What did not help was his brother’s missing eye, which caused his face to look closer to a cyclops than a normal man.
Such words proved the derogatory term that was thrown around, that Magnus was the King of Cyclops.
All seeing that did to TalOS hurt his heart. His brother, Magnus, lost far more than just a simple eye. By losing that eye Magnus was blind to some aspects of his future and present. He will need to work with others to regain his sight, if he has such capabilities.
Such is the cost with dealing with false gods.
The Primarch soon took steps forward, his feet ascending up towards the apex of the stairs, looked upon TalOS with his one true eye. Feeds that TalOS was getting around him showed a kaleidoscope of different colors caused by the psychic energy that welled within the person that was Magnus the Red.
For TalOS he did not see the variety of colors which infested everyone else’s vision. Instead it was a deep dark gray like a navigator’s. Such was a symptom of looking into the warp for long periods of time, with the end result being the entire eye becoming black.
