Supposing the gathering of the natives doesn't amount to anything, you want something to show for your time spent either way. Chief among your concerns, to finish your temple and better learn the language.
Both things which are straightforward enough, as you already have a working grasp of the local language enough that you can converse with people and better learn from them rather than needing to rely on the ocean anymore. And for your temple, the more faithful there are and the more the humans are devoted to you, the more labor and dedication to the temple-building project there is. Besides that, the fact that there's a huge hulking mass of muscle stomping around the build site to help with the most difficult of tasks, and able to wield the power of the sea at that! Something which immensely comes in handy when trying to hollow out a space beneath the temple in which to... have to yourself as a private sanctum in which to rest and experiment.

A defiant Namadan captive struggles for his life, as you hold him over one of the pools you dug out, coated and then half-filled with seawater. By your divine will you can change the nature of your internal divine realm, to be transformative in nature, and then fill the remaining half of the pool by spewing up unholy seawater bearing the characteristics of your realm. Slick, almost oily in appearance, you have high hopes for this first effort as you plunge the prisoner in and hold him under the corrupting water. The initial effort by you, till he falls into unconsciousness, but for the remainder you have your accursed zombie minions to oversee the effort and keep the prisoner submerged.
<span class="mu-b">"Just make sure he stays under, the whole time."</span>
A simple command like this they can follow, and won't wander around or cause trouble after you sneaked them down here one night for no one to notice. You'd like to oversee the process entirely yourself, but you still have other work to do for the weeks remaining, and not enough prisoners to test this out on anyway.
So then, leaving Cailinn in charge of religious matters in your stead, you can depart from the village to grace the other coastal communities with your presence. Although Cailinn's clan are all terribly upset and sad to see you go, you will of course return to them in time, you can tell them this much. After all, everyone should be able to benefit from your divinity, these people here shouldn't be so greedy and hog you to themselves.
Though of course they beg you for a proper disciple or descendant of yours in your absence, but they'll just have to keep the faith for now, while you are gone.
