Ordinaries, or "Ords" as everyone calls them, are Ordinary human delinquents who abide by the no-graduation policy. They are the definition of a crab-bucket mentality, and you are familiar with this group because you were one of them for a while. But hated their refusal to study or do anything productive. In their minds, choosing to succeed would put them at risk of being attacked by magic-users. So instead of trying to earn their degree, they use what little influence they can to hold everyone in the group back on purpose to avoid angering magic users. They're lazy, unmotivated, slackers, whos mean pettiness knows no bounds.
Joining them, would mean trying to somehow change their stubborn minds about letting you graduate and get a Magi-Tech Degree.
