Background: The Paleworm cares not for raw strength, nor for political influence; not even for this new universe that is mother to him. It would seem that he seeks to outlast it, and to behold the end of it, giving birth to a new kind of reality. In the meantime, his power grows as he swallows more items/entities of fateful significance and hoards them in his long belly.
To mortals, he appears an endless beam in the night sky; to gods, he appears a long, pale worm with a bulbous, featureless head and his whole body covered in scintillating scales of the clearest glass.
