[2 Hits, 2 crit, 1 complication, 2 Jury]
Sapsanolai knows his stuff, with gears and cunning. There's a certain type of blade night-cutters use... Maybe we can use that design? Sharpen one edge like so, adjust the mechanism like this...
[Flickerblade Knife]
1Sharp | Throw Range Sense+Rank
{Skulkblade} (Add Stealth to crit when drawn as a surprise-attack, resist spotting with your Stealth)
{Fragile 4}
All Skulkblades, are specialist-blades. They benefit from your total Stealth ranks to spot you have them on you, as a Threshold. So with Stealth 3 someone would need 4 Sense Hits to detect it. Easy to conceal or slip past guards.
When hidden this way, you draw them as part of an attack with them as a Quick action, -1dice. You can slip them back up your sleeves as a free action at the end of your turn (but if someone has seen you put a knife up there, they know you have a knife up there)
When you do strike with them as a surprise-draw, you add stealth rating to crit-chance, if your target wasn't expecting it or it's a backstab.
It's pretty... fragile though. Don't go parrying heavy things or hitting armor with it, or it'll bend and you'll need to spend time trying to re-adjust it.
