>>5459579“For crying out loud.” You groan, pinching the side of your brows in annoyance. It was to come without any surprise that your body wouldn’t have the grimoire with you. After all, you previously awaken from a coffin. Clearly whoever prepared you must have long since given your belongings back to your family. Or someone could have pilfered your stuff, that was always a possibility. The dead won’t be needing it where they were going after all. Doesn’t change how disrespectful it was.
Placing your hands against your wide hips, puffing up your chest brazenly as you huffed. Letting out an annoyed sigh, possibly exaggerated at this point, you merely tilt your head to the ceiling. You are thinking back on what is currently most important. Sure, losing your family heirloom along with your tech most certainly stung. But you could look past that when you remember just how your family must feel. The guilt was coming down like a raging torrential flood. Recovering your stuff will have to wait.
With that, you proceed to leave your current location. Not with a speeding stride or over-the-top dynamic exit, but with a restrain if not swagging trot. Bouncing with such buoyancy, you were once again reminded of your newly equipped assets. Sure, your natural ones were perky and firm, but they pale in comparison to the pneumatic volume and mass you now carried. Bobbing and weaving with such vavoom, it practically left you redder than a tomato. These burgeoning features were mocking you.
Putting that aside, you quickly made your way out of the room, making sure not to leave a trace outside of the splinted coffin. From up the stairs and down the hall, you poised yourself to be as inconspicuous as possible. Silent as a mouse, yet just as quick. You weren’t sure if you were in some sort of funeral home, morgue, or even mausoleum. But your curiosity wasn’t going to sway you from exiting the door. Thankfully, it was as easy as you were making it out to be.
Upon reaching the entrance did you quietly pull the knob, twisting it opening while avoiding tripping any security systems. Slowly but surely, you opened the door, just enough to slip through the cracks, despite your full-figured, big-boned body making it harder than it honestly should be. Once on the other side you close the door and begin to walk. Step by step, continuing your trot as your hips swayed side to side in a rather boisterous swagger. Only upon putting enough distance did you finally run from the facilities.
