The sound of Jab’s weapon colliding with it echoes throughout the cage, but despite the impressive bang, the man is sent flying back, his weapon rendered completely ineffective against the insurmountable defenses of the green knight. With impressive speed betraying her size, she turns swiftly to intercept Jaw. The berserker had pulled the arrow out of his chest, and had been on a warpath for you. A blow that could have done some decent damage instead bounces harmlessly off Adeline’s shield.
Jaw collides with the floor hard. Before he can rise, Cuthbert slams the edge of his halberd into his chest. The man spits out blood, and offers up a final bloody grin.
“The wheel of death…spins for me…”
“BROTHER!” Jab cries out.
“Wow! Another Bole Brother goes down!” Melanie exclaims excitedly. “And our challengers don’t even have a scratch on them! Who is this mysterious heartthrob who defends her friends with such ferocity?! You boys down there better mind your manners. This is a woman with some spunk in her!”
“Please stop!” Adeline whines in embarrassment.
“Damnit…I won’t go down like this!” Jab roars. He picks up Jaw’s Axereaver, impressively managing to dual wield the spear in one hand while waving his axe in his other. “Come on and face me like a true warrior!”
