Enforcers are equipped with special glasses; they aren't just there for intimidation factor. They block out harmful blinding light and strobe, often employed in riot and illegal gathering policing; but more then that they have AI and scanners within. They have limited X-Ray capabilities, and more importantly, they can identify anyone implanted with a <span class="mu-i">Hegemony Vaccine Microchip</span>. Something you've had in you since you were a baby- like everyone else.
Of course, it doesn't show everyone's information at one time to avoid crowding his vision; but if he focuses his eyes on you for a few seconds the AI will read out your information; and this disguise will be useless. Even worse, he'll know you're really a girl and not a blonde- and it will only look more suspicious that you are dressed in this way!
First, stay calm, and don't draw attention to yourself. Second- you need to find a way to get out of here. You could just wait him out but you get the feeling he'll size everyone up in the restaurant before he leaves; and worse yet, he sat facing the entrance so he can see whoever comes in or out- something Enforcers are always supposed to do. You need a plan.
