With that conversation over TalOS watched the group disperse and resume the events. The Vox Channels were, as expected, lit with activity as it was the primary form of communication between forces. While it was not inefficient it did come with the issue of distance limitations and its ability to punch through materials.
Though at the end of the day such issues did not overly affect the main force. Most command platforms such as Particep Semper contained such a powerful transmitter that it would punch several thousand feet into dirt and stone. The only groups that benefit from it immensely are strike teams, and most of them contain Acillians who will willingly install Noosphere communication arrays in them.
The Primarch watched as after several minutes of battering from the knights one of the wall faces crumbled under their constant firepower.
Upon such a feat the entire army began throwing themselves into the rift first welcomed by the Knights as an armored spearhead. Such immense power was something that TalOS was thankful to have and enjoyed knowing that it will all be at his fingertips.
It was an intoxicating feeling. It was one that TalOS knew was very much similar to his brothers and sons had. It only made him wonder how that happened as he was built from a similar mold to Leman Russ and Horus Lupercal. What the Emperor’s reasoning for making him essentially a deviant among his own people. Or was this deviancy because of his connection to the Machine God or Particep Semper.
The Primarch’s mind was quickly shifted as something placed itself at the forethought of his mind. A non responding person standing .73 clicks away from his position. Taking a look he noticed a distinct yellow power armor that was unmistakable to the Primarch’s acute vision.
With a simple mental command the vehicle began moving towards the location. The sound of battle rubbing upon TalOS’s senses. A glorious fact that he was able to drive through the realm of war and witness such things, but it was only a fleeting thought in the overall operations of the war. Such things TalOS needed to talk to this person about.
They knew he was coming and faced him to give the signs of Unity. An act of welcome, to which TalOS gave them that of the Cog to signify both his allegiance and his truth.
Stepping off of the machine TalOS with his Steel Wardens he called out to the leader of the group, “Legion Master Matthias, it is a pleasure to finally meet you.”
“It is my honor, Primarch TalOS DAV1S.” He said while putting down the symbol that he likely had bred into his brain.
