"Master, I humbly request that you reconsider." Gerty said. "We have enough proof to gain a reward with Bandit King dead. There is little purpose to keep him alive."
"And what inspired this boldness, Gerty?" You sneered. "Or are you questioning the wisdom of your Master again, despite having led an ass like you to victory?"
"N-no! Never!" Gerty, thoroughly captivated by the cruel look you were giving her, gulped and tried to explain herself. "Master, we should completely make sure that, when evil adversaries are defeated, there is no chance for them to rest and recover. Dishonorable enemies, as this one, are not worthy of being shown chivalry or the honor of an extended life. Bandits are notorious killers and rapists, even going as far as to distort the concept of slavery into something corrupt. This 'Bandit King' is no different."
"As much as I'd like to see him dead for causing such suffering, both to my family and countless others, Master has much to gain by keeping him alive." Ayane went to defend you. "We wouldn't get as much of a bounty for a dead criminal as a living one."
"Thank you, love." You commended your vixen for her self-control.
"Let us not forget that a good way to obtain clout could be by sending this 'king' to the gallows." Ruby added after she sipped her tea.
"Handing over a notorious criminal to a government would doubtlessly help Master in being acknowledged as the owner of the estate." Ayane agreed.
"Now only the question of 'where?' remains." You said.
"If we give him to Westphalia we could isolate Forthwythe from the rest of the nation." Gerty recommended. Though still gazing at you with desire, you could sense bitterness in her tone when she said her former Master's name.
"How would that work?" You asked.
"Forthwythe raised a few armies to attack a local bandit leader, Master." Gerty reminded you of the news article. "If it turns out we were the ones that gave the Bandit King to Westphalia, his standing could be hurt."
"Oi, Master, we could also send him to Rostchilde and trade him for my old man." Cattleya meowed, a scowl twisting on her face as she said the words. "At the same time, I'd rather not have that dickless tosser get any more clout in Eastia, guv."
"Why would Rostchilde want him?" Bertha asked with a tilt of her head. "Isn't it, like, a bad idea to just give him the Bandit King?"
"Probably." Cattleya admitted. "But I'm banking on no-cock still being a greedy bastard. The Bandit King attacked his hotels, and was a roight pain to Eastians living in the border. If he brings the Bandit King to justice, it'll do Rostchilde a good turn."
"We don't need to do that, Cattleya." Ruby said. "We could simply send him to the Eastian law enforcement and gain leverage within Eastia itself, and then work from there. Alternatively, directly giving him to Forthwythe as a form of goodwill is an option." These two suggestions seemed to annoy Gerty, but to your secretary's credit she didn't begin arguing.
