“I’ll have a trusted crew on that transport.” Nero speaks from beside him.
He nodded. Both of them knew that Mica wouldn’t make it to his destination.
“Get me a line to the Tamar Ambassador, once Mica is away.”
The first rule of negotiating was to always start from a position of strength, and he had that for now.

On an unrelated note, today/tomorrow (depending on time zone) commemorates the ending of the War to End All Wars. 2738 men died fighting on the final day of the war, up to soldiers dying in the last 60 seconds before the truce came into effect, on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, in 1918.
