“We’re employed by the monastery.” Ihor takes control of the conversation and shows her a paper. “She’s been working alongside us; we have an important matter we need to discuss with her.”
“She’s currently in our Sacred Temple at the summit. Outsiders aren’t allowed in.” The guard shakes her head.
“Ma’am, time is of the essence. Allow us in.” Ihor pressures her with the severity this issue has. “Our luck won’t be on our side anymore.”
“Y-You can wait inside the walls, but I’ll look for her. How does that sound?” The Guard is trying to be as nice as possible.
