This time though, he’s swapped to his Sword to afford himself an even weapon advantage against the mercenary’s blade.

His second attack though, while still blindingly fast, is intercepted by the General’s towering great shield, sending it veering off course. He pushes Rodolfo back with a slam of his shield, and then pokes at him over it with his own Silver Sword.
>35 + 13 (Silver Sword+) = 48 – 27 DEF = 21 DMG (Rodolfo: 15/54 HP)This time, Rodolfo looks a lot wobblier than he did when Roxanne first struck him. Nevertheless, he continues his berserker fueled rampage with another follow up attack on Sebastian.
>Sebastian – Great Shield: 91, 87 (Both Miss)>STR: 28 + 15 + 8(Brave Sword) = 51 – 47 DEF = 4x2 = 8 Damage (Sebastian: 37/65 HP)>Crit Roll: 23, 42 (Both Miss)Rodolfo’s swings connect with Sebastian’s chest plate. The usual clanging occurs, though this time, the blows produce a glowing yellow trail with each swing. After the hits land, you notice that some of Rodolfo’s wounds have begun to close, if only a bit faintly.
>Sol Activates: +8 HP (Rodolfo: 23/53 HP)The mercenary backs off just in time for Roxanne to dance around Sebastian and attack with her spear once again. This time, the blow hits his sword arm, and you can hear bone snapping as he cries out.
>STR: 32 + 13(Silver Lance) = 45 – 27 DEF = 18 DMG (Rodolfo: 5/54 HP)>“Enough! Anymore and he’ll die!” You shout to your companions. Sure enough, Rodolfo is struggling to remain standing. His boisterous screaming and roaring have now dulled down to a slightly irritated moan. For a while, it looks as though he’s about to bend down to pick up his Brave Sword, and you’re about to command Sebastian to restrain him, when you’re surprised by the first intelligible words he’s uttered since falling under Mina’s spell.“Ehh…what’s goin’ on…. whose blood is this?” He asks, examining himself as if for the first time.
“The dance must have worn off!” You hear Mina cheer excitedly behind you.
“Either that or he’s lost enough blood to regain his senses.” Damian says.
“Just gonna…take a nap here… real quick.” Rodolfo mutters as he lays down on the floor before you spread-eagled. He then promptly passes out.
