Swirling in your mind, the thought of fusing clankers together is entertained: Four-legged clankers, armored clank behemoths, powerful aerial clankers, and so on. Mixing and combining these already strange machines into something almost ineffable made your imagination go wild. Savant engineering wasn't like actually building things, though you weren't the worst 'normal engineer' by far, but Lunacy Savantae required a mindset and understanding which couldn't be described in words.
Your manic bouts helped you think about things more as you brought more than a few clankers to the Arcane Laboratory. The results spoke for themselves.
Clankers. Clankers everywhere.
Prototypes, iterations, blueprints, and so on.
"Master, I think you might've gone tiny bit overboard." Herta said as she tried to not step on the smaller versions of the spider robots.
"Don't you worry your useless maso-bitch head," You eased the worries of your pet goddess, casually harassing her body with your hands. "Once I let them loose they'll fill out the the land I own."
And also the fact that having so many in the same room made it seem like there's many, many more than what you've had before. Not that it was wrong to say you had more than a bunch.
A robotic navy was now at your disposal. Automatic boats and fish-like submarines would patrol the coasts, defending your waters from would-be invaders.
You sent your construction-worker clankers to help Cattleya finally finish off the new mansion wing. What would've taken her at least a week more was now completely done. Many other projects would be opened up to you thanks to these construction robots.
Spider clankers were sent out to guard the cliff and patrol the lands, though at this point there wasn't much to defend from other than the occasional monster. However, it was interesting to see them kill giant spiders, their organic counterparts, in the forest. You occasionally considered capturing a few monsters, but you didn't really have anywhere to keep them. Ruby Rose, who mostly cared about clankers for their use, began to appreciate the arachnid robots' design. Mel also liked them, but to a more subdued extent than your Mastermind.
All of the lost standard clankers were replenished, and some more armored ones were added to the pile of overkill.
"So, how's your work with Bad Luck?" You asked as you continued to 'take advantage' of Herta.
"Mmph! Pretty good! But also sort of bad." She managed to squirm out a pleased smile, which just made you keep up your assault. "I've been figuring out that it's connected to her karma. It basically tries to force karmic forces into thinking anyone with Bad Luck should have bad things happen to them. I'm not sure how it passes down, but I have some ideas."
You frown and start squeezing her bosom like a stress ball as you hear her prattle on. "Have you been able to find a cure?"
