If we're looking at a demographic age group between 18-35 of mostly Americans (this is my assumption since the board is most active on weekends PST), then the board activity *may* fluctuate in sync with the American school year/semester/whatever. Unfortunately, even with the increase in activity over certain periods, there has been a linear decrease in activity across the board.
