>>5354691>Find and attack whatever the third tank is.“We’ll find and destroy the third tank, notionally destroy, anyway,” you state. “It must be a short way behind the other tanks if Leo hasn’t been able to identify it yet.”
“We’ll follow your lead,” Max grunts from the other CV. You give the M6 and Chi-Nu a chance to move off before signalling Ruby to move off. The CV hums to life, and you move off, followed closely by the other one.
“There!” You shout to Ruby over the engine noise as you spot the third tank. “It’s the JagdPanzer!”
“I see it!” Ruby shouts back, swinging the tank towards it. Max and Axel turn to follow behind you and you pick up speed as you rush towards the edge of the forest.
“Go!” You shout as you rack the anti-tank gun and start firing. In an actual fight you’re not sure if you’d do any actual damage to the tank but you do enough for the purpose of the exercise, and zip past them into the woods on the other side. Max and Axel do the same, putting a few shots into the side, before following you. They however, experience a near miss, as a paint shell explodes close to them.
“Leo! There was a fourth tank!” Max complains into the radio.
“A shame,” he replies. “Given I’m tracking a dozen of them.”
“It’s fine, things slip through,” you say. “Just keep us as updated as you can.”
