Magnus flew up from that attack and was quickly faced with the Volcano Lances that were arrayed upon the Titan’s back. Each of them glowed a dangerous wrath before firing what was reasonably aimed at him. He had to raise a Kine Shield and accept the blasts for what they were, with the burn quickly teaching the Primarch that the wrath of a Titan was far greater than he could ever realize.
He had to use his own essence, to mitigate what would have been a killing blow. It was only a small amount in the end but it still caused his temporal form to shiver and condensed itself into something that was not nearly as strong as it was before.
Then the attacks finished and Magnus saw his chance to strike. Quickly moving with wings larger than Sanguineous’s, he flew into the operating port and looked infront to see the numerous cables and wires that were operating the system. As trained he was fired upon by every Priest and Workman who were fielding this armament, but Magnus did not care as he reached forward and lit the wires alight with dangerous warpfire.
He could feel it still. The defensive wards of the Titan fighting him for every piece of damage that he was to inflict. At this moment he felt a weakness and took it. However the Psyker was empowered greatly so Magnus could not bring upon him his full psychic might that has killed so many other Titans in the past.
Quickly he flew away from the being. The feeling of burning thanks to the sigils layering his skin. The Titan had taken a great many hits from the few minutes of fighting they had. Its guns were now injured and he could tell the strike against the chest had removed a great amount of mobility in the giant’s arm.
He raised his hands to strike upon it one more time, to end it. It was then that he realized it.
Quickly scanning the battlefield Magnus found his brother sitting crosslegged upon the ground. Around him was several thousand sigils and runes that were both eldritch but also far different than anything he both knows or has witnessed. He would have sensed something before this moment but whatever his brother was pulling upon was nothing coming from the Warp.
Realizing his mistake and short-sighteness he flew in a dive towards his brother. Staff in hand he prepared to deliver a lancing strike into him. As he did so lasers rained around him as the Titan tried its best to defend its so-called deity.
Then TalOS stood.
